Minor demolition for remodeling, removals and disposal of existing building systems and components as scheduled or required for the execution of the work. Cutting and patching for all trades, hazardous material abatement, concrete and masonry work, structural and miscellaneous metals, rough and finish carpentry, all thermal and moisture protection, insulation, sealants, doors, windows, finish hardware, glazing, interior and exterior finishes, specialty items, equipment, casework and furnishings, and all related accessories as needed, as indicated on the Contract drawings, specified herein and as required for a complete and proper project.
