A. The Project sites are located at: Lowville Academy and Central School District Bus Garage 5477 Bostwick Street Lowville, NY 13367

B. The project includes alteration to the existing bus garage as well as site work. Work includes earthwork and site improvements, general construction, mechanical work, plumbing work, electrical work, asbestos abatement, and specialty systems improvements.

C. The work will be bid four (4) Prime Contracts. One set of Contract Documents is issued covering the multiple Contracts. Each Prime Contract is defined as:

CONTRACT NO. 2 – GENERAL WORK CONTRACTOR [GC]
CONTRACT NO. 3 – PLUMBING WORK CONTRACTOR
CONTRACT NO. 4 – HVAC WORK CONTRACTOR
CONTRACT NO. 5 – ELECTRICAL WORK CONTRACTOR

D. In addition to these Prime Contracts, additional Prime Contracts for District-wide improvements to building systems at this site and other locations may be bid separately.
